We make a distinction between professional and private resellers. Professional resellers have a 'pro' behind their name if their chamber of commerce number or equivalent is listed in their shop info.

Buying from a professional reseller may have extra advantages due to consumer protection legislation. The biggest advantage for the buyer is the right to return the product within 7 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. The seller must also deliver the goods to the purchaser within 30 days; if it takes longer than this, the buyer has the right to withdraw the purchase.

Professional resellers may belong to a branch organization; if so, we list it. Usually this means greater protection for the buyer.
