In the late 80s, Tobias fell in love with the complexity of a Barolo wine. Since then, he has been tasting and studying a vast variety of wines. ‘I gained my expertise in wine by following my passion and connecting with people in the wine circle’, Tobias explains. This interest, together with extensive research, books, meeting some producers and connecting with other wine lovers, has made of Tobias a complete expert.
Over the years, Tobias has become an expert in wines. However, he has not been always working with wines. This former copywriter and editor decided to turn his career around a couple of years ago. When he saw that Catawiki was looking for an expert in wine, Tobias had no doubts that this was his dream job!
