I want my auctions to feel like a treasure hunt!
Jeff Browning is a real adventurer. He grew up in a 150 year old farmhouse, in the countryside of the United States. When he wasn’t hunting with his father and his loyal four-legged companion, he would spend hours in the attic, reading the 1800's and 1900's news papers that were used to cover the holes in the old walls over the years. He got his first gun, an Air Rifle at the age of 8, and his passion for history, guns and militaria was born. After a successful career in the army and law enforcement, Jeff Browning combined these passions in the antiques business. He can now call himself an expert in the field of Militaria weapons, Air Rifles, model aircraft's and military vehicles, which he has often operated himself!
Jeff Browning always gives the full 100%. Catawiki is no exception to this rule, for which he assembles various different auctions. He always thinks about the customer’s interests: what is the customer looking for and what information is important? Consequently, he always asks sellers for good photos which illustrate the details that are so important in appraising the items correctly and ensuring their authenticity. Because guns are much less common in Europe than in America, Jeff Browning is always ready to answer your questions. This way, he would like to make his auctions as accessible as possible for everyone.
