The 1st printing (approximately 1,500 copies) was self-published by Corben and does not have a cover price (it was priced at $1.50). The 2nd (20,000 copies), 3rd and 4th (10,000 copies each) printings were all printed by Last Gasp Eco-Funnies, all had 50-cent cover prices and are believed to be indistinguishable from each other.
