An (unknown) part of the print run (of a total of 1000 referred to in the colophon) is numbered by hand. There are unnumbered copies in circulation. Those who registered in advance received a copy with 96 numbered pages, of which page 96 (immediately after the story) mentions the 1st subscribers. Also enclosed was a separate page numbered 97, with part 2 of the tenderers mentioned on it. With an enclosed letter from the publisher stating that this page itself could be inserted ..... NB: KB has a numbered copy 441 with the appendix page. On the pages, the strips with Kuhn's written text surrounding the images are fully visible, the final texts for the oblong album are also in the book, but in a separate chapter prior to the comic.
