Original cartoon in ink on heavyweight paper, 1979. Mrs. Thatcher portrayed as latter-day Lady Godiva beginning her campaign to limit the power of the trade unions (TUC) in the UK. Titled in the bottom margin and signed by Collins at lower right. Paper size 37 x 29 cm (14.5 x 11.5 inch), image size 32 x 26 cm. Very good condition.
