This beautiful cheese cover was made by the famous Belgian crystal factory of Val Saint Lambert near Liège. The bell jar was produced before the Second War. It is a special dome made of green yellow uranium glass. This special glass was developed in the 19th century by Franz Xaver Anton Riedel from Bohemia, who named it Anna glass after his wife. Deze fraaie kaasstolp werd vervaardigd door de beroemde Belgische kristalfabriek van Val Saint Lambert nabij Luik. De stolp werd voor de Tweede Oorlog geproduceerd.
