This is a mini laptop version of the PC Engine/TurboGrafx with a huge 4" LCD screen. It looks like a large Nintendo DS. It has a built-in TV tuner and connections for a CD-rom player. The unit has no option for working on batteries and thus is not a real 'portable' system.
