Details
The NEC Turbo Express (in Japan sold as PC Engine GT) was a handheld version of the PC Engine (Turbo Grafx). It was at the time being by far the most performant handheld. The unit used the same HuCards as used in the PC Engine and TurboGrafx, so all the games for these units were also playable on the PC Engine GT/Turbo Express. The unit was quite expensive compared to the competition (Game Boy/Game Gear/Lynx) and had a few technical problems such as defective sound, excessive amount of bad pixels and short battery life.
