A set of a mouth blown white Savoy vase and a bowl designed by Alvar Aalto in 1936 in Finland.
Still produced to this day by the finish Company Iittala.
The Aalto vase and bowl are both pieces of reminiscent of the Finnish lakes, and they are among the most famous design icons in Scandinavia.
Measuring vase:
9,5 cm in height and 11 cm in diameter where it is widest.
Measuring bowl:
Wide: 19,5 cm and 5 cm high
Condition:
The condition is overall very good. There are only a few signs of agening.
The stamps ‘Alvar Aalto’ is still visible on both items.
