Large Temple Bell in bronze from Bagan (Burma) It offers a quite beautiful sound and presents a wonderful patina.
The clapper is ancient, but it might not be original.
11 cm high, 7 cm of diameter, for a weight of 509 grams.
It is sold on a custom-made stand in steel.
These bells were and are still offered to followers in Buddhist ceremonies, like the novitiate.
Good condition, but it bears the traces of its age and use, there is a little hole due to the wear, but it does not affect the sound.
CAUTION, the pictures were taken with artificial lighting, the bell is naturally darker.
