Hello Up for auction is this EXTREMELY RARE first paperback printing of JK Rowling's third book in the 7-book Harry Potter series (In very good condition). This book's first printing status can be seen as per the copyright page showing the impression numbers line counting down from 10 to 1. As the pictures show, this book is in very good condition indeed (considering it's a children's book), with sharp corners still, no internal marks, or inscriptions, or names, or blemishes of any kind. The inner pages are all lovely and bright and white, and are totally clean. The page block is also clean and white. The covers are clean and bright. There is minor sun-fade to the spine and a slight forward lean, but this can be corrected if shelved between heavy books. With the first impression hardback books now out of most people's price range, first impressions paperbacks are becoming increasingly sought after and valuable. As one of the early books, this paperback will have had a small print run still. This is a rare example of a very good first printing, a great opportunity for collectors.
