The history of Favre-Leuba begins on 13 March 1737, with the first official mention of Abraham Favre's watchmaking workshop in Le Locle, making it one of the oldest Swiss watch brands. Twelve years later, Abraham Favre was appointed master watchmaker in Le Locle and began to develop his own brand.

The very worked dial is the original silver colour with a beautiful patina, the chronograph is in good working order, resets perfectly, gold hands and second hand.
The watch has a new chocolate brown leather strap, 19 cm long without the pin buckle.
It is in good condition and looks beautiful on the wrist.
