Burin engraving on heavy laid paper with watermark ‘Double circle with lily’, in good condition trimmed along the edge of the plate, slightly dusty and traces of foxing.

After learning the art of painting in Milan, he soon moved to Rome where he attended the workshop of the Marche painter Carlo Maratta.
