Engraved probably by Hiëronymus Wierix ca 1577-1580.
About the same size as the engraving "Allegory of the Good Death of Man", Hieronymus Wierix, after Ambrosius Francken (I), after Willem van Haecht (I) , 1567.

With the adres of publisher Joan Galle (1600-1676) in Antwerp. Joan Galle republished several large renaissance 16th century prints including prints after Pieter Bruegel the elder, Maerten de Vos.
He was the son of Theodore Galle (1571-1633) and grandson of Philips Galle (1537-1612).

In good condition, good dark-grey impression.
Printed on laid paper with large margins.
With a watermark.

Delivered in a museum passe-partout.
