*Radiance Level Disclaimer*

At GeoPulse Minerals, we use our own internal classification system to evaluate the light performance of Mexican Fire Opals.
This system is based exclusively on the intensity, stability and chromatic strength of the fire, play of colour, displayed by each specimen, as fallows:

Radiance Level I - Soft Glow
Gentle internal light with delicate colour movement.

Radiance Level II - Bright Glow
Noticeable radiance with stable brightness and defined flashes.

Radiance Level III - Intense Radiance
Strong, vivid fire with powerful colour response from multiple angles.

Radiance Level IV - Flame Radiance
Top tier. Maximum intensity, highly saturated flame-like play of colour and exceptional optical behaviour.

This scale allows collectors to immediately understand the visual strength and rarity category of each opal we present.

Radiance Level IV - *FLAME RADIANCE*

A Mexican fire opal formed in the volcanic heart of Jalisco, where heat, silica and pressure create cavities that capture true mineral flame. This piece shows a robust cantera body in natural earthy tones, marked by open pockets that reveal multiple windows of internal fire, a living eruption of reds, oranges, amber and scattered blue violet flashes.

The main frontal window displays an intense and deeply saturated red flame that reacts to light with an almost liquid strength. Around it, other natural openings expose secondary zones of golden orange brightness, creating a volcanic effect as if each angle releases new fragments of incandescent light.

Small scattered flashes of blue and lilac appear across the upper surface, adding contrast and chromatic dimension, a characteristic found only in the most energetic pockets of Jalisco.

The matrix remains intact, organic and textured, acting as a geological backdrop that amplifies the intensity of the internal colours. It is a piece with presence, character and strong visual personality, one that stands out immediately in any serious collection of Mexican cantera opals.
