Dear Bidders, Thank you for your interest in my offer. You are bidding here on an antique set of 6 toddy glasses designed by famous German architect Albin Müller, which are in a good vintage contition for its age. Great chance to have wonderful antique Art Deco items to decorate your Christmas table! ~ In another one of my auctions (no. 99551250), I am offering two wine bottle stands from the same series. If the buyer purchases both sets of items, will only pay for one shipment.~ SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS: WMF GmbH (formerly WMF AG,for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) is a formerly listed manufacturer of household, catering and hotel goods, which was founded in 1853 by Daniel Straub and the Schweizer brothers. In 1880, through the merger with Ritter & Co., the Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG was created. SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS: * Made in Germany around 1904 * Brand WMF ( some last photo shows pictures from site no. 132 of WMF bible „Art Nouveau Domestic Metalwork) * Stamps: Ostrich stamp; OX, which means oxidized finish; B, which means Britannia metal ( a zinc - antimony - copper alloy which served as a base metal for silver plating ) * Some with famous SCHOTT Mainz glasses * Measurements: approx. 10x8x11 cm * Please watch all the pictures, they are also a part of description * I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, cracks, dents, patina, chips etc. Any major damage is always shown in the photos * Please remember about Catawiki’s rules and make a payment maximally within 3 days after auction end The vases will be properly prepared for the shipping ( mainly recycled materials ) and sent insured ( up to 500€). IMPORTANT: If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat. According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation. In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment.
