Fine porcelain in a warm cream tone is decorated with an impressive wide double gold gilt trim and crest motif, giving the set a real luxury presence on the table. The design matches high-end “embassy style” dinner services and is rarely found in such a coherent, well-preserved group. These plates date from around 1930–1950 and show the refined craftsmanship for which Royal York is known.
