TASTING NOTES Nose: Elderflower and soft dried apricot aromas give way to vanilla pod, creme brulee, and sherbet lemon combine with a hint of poached pear. Palate: Fresh citrus flavours lead to crystalised violet with gentle hints of mouth warming pepper. Creamy red apple and dried ginger notes are followed by a soft herbal edge. Finish: A medium bodied finish with subtle malted cereal, oak and a sweet, delicate floral edge.
