Entirely handwritten letter from Johan Bojer, Norwegian playwright and journalist.
Bojer writes to the Studio Letterario Italiano in Turin in search of a publisher to publish his novels. His previous publisher, Fratelli Treves, with whom he had published four successful novels, had recently disbanded and he therefore needed someone to put him in touch with a publisher to continue publishing his writings. As a sample, he sends "La Grande Fame" and "Chameleon" (unpublished in Italy). He also proposes a novel that has been well received in Germany and asks if it is also possible to find a translator. He offers to act as an intermediary with other Norwegian authors.
The letter is written on watermarked paper. For archive reasons it has been punched, with negligible text loss.
