Vineyards & Winemaking The grapes are carefully hand-picked from select vineyards in Rioja Alavesa, known for their limestone soils and cool nights. After a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled 24°C to preserve the full expression of Tempranillo fruit. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in concrete vats for added smoothness and balance. Aging Aged 12 months in Bordeaux-style oak barrels, followed by at least 3 months in bottle before release — long enough to integrate oak and fruit beautifully, while keeping its youthful energy intact. Tasting Notes Deep cherry-red with a lively maroon rim. On the nose, rich aromas of cocoa, vanilla, and roasted coffee intertwine with ripe red fruits and a touch of liquorice. The palate is rounded and harmonious — combining juicy berry fruit with notes of spice, cedar, and a soft, elegant tannic structure. A long, refined finish leaves a trace of warmth and freshness.
