Bottles are old therefore dusty, wear and tear to many part of the bottle.
[Expert's remark: François Peyrot started selling their cognac under their own label in 1970 and they introduced their VSOP in 1971. This is the version from the 1980s - ES]
Please see images for bottle condition, some bottle have the capsule immersed in paraffin wax.
Paraffin wax is a soft colourless solid that melts when heated (>37 degrees Celsius). On capsules it is used as an alternative for parafilm, to prevent evaporation.
Not all countries can receive spirits.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they can import them, with potential risk to him on any customs block and/or requests for payment of import taxes and customs clearance costs.
