Before you can delete your account, you must wait 60 days after your last transaction, whether buying or selling. This gives you time to wrap up any loose ends since you’ll also need to make sure that none of the following needs to be taken care of:

• Any bids on objects in active auctions

• Unpaid invoices

• Sold objects that haven’t been paid for 

• Objects you’re selling in active auctions

• Open claims with a buyer or seller regarding an object

To delete your account:

• From a desktop browser, go to your Settings page.

• Select ‘Delete my account’ in the bottom left corner

Once you do this, your account will be permanently deleted within two weeks. 

Before you bid us farewell, it’s essential to know that deleting your account means you’ll no longer be able to bid, sell, or review past transactions. This info is permanently deleted, even if you sign up again (which we hope you will!).
