I've lost my password and can't sign in. What can I do?

You can request a new password easily by using the 'forgotten your password' link on the sign in page. You'll be sent an email with a link to the password creation page.

Please be aware that your password is case sensitive. Make sure CAPS LOCK on your keyboard is turned off. 

You can only sign in with an activated account. In order to activate your account, you will need to click on the link in the confirmation email you received from us when signing up.
