Warranty:
The audio equipment we offer is largely vintage equipment 40 years old or older. Each unit is carefully checked by us, professionally cleaned and extensively tested before being offered for sale.
Despite this careful inspection, it may occur that a defect appears on receipt or after some time. Due to the age of the equipment, such failures can occur unexpectedly and are unfortunately beyond our control.
For that reason we cannot provide a warranty on vintage equipment. We understand this can be inconvenient and believe it is important to be transparent and honest about it. Of course we do our utmost to deliver every unit in as good a condition as possible.
We package our products very carefully so that the chance of shipping damage remains small.
We also take out shipping insurance for every shipment.
