This tonearm, the top model Thorens TP-16 MkIII, features magnetic, highly precise adjustable anti-skating.

The Thorens has undergone major maintenance and plays like new again.
Everything, including the electronics, has been cleaned and re-lacquered.
Wear-prone components such as the drive belt have been replaced.
The dust cover hinges are new.

Unpack, place the platter (3 kg), attach the counterweight to the tonearm, set tracking force and anti-skating, plug and play.
That anti-skating adjustment is very easy, as is setting the tracking force.
After every transport this must be done again because, to prevent damage, the tonearm counterweight must be removed.
Those who do not do this invite trouble.

The turntable is double-boxed and shipped worldwide.
(plateau and counterweight packed separately under the turntable, transport screws secured).
