Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.

Description from the seller
Item Description
This exquisite celadon porcelain vessel is a refined work of Japanese studio ceramics, most likely the creation of an individual artist-potter, as evidenced by the personal engraved signature on the base. The piece takes the form of a beautifully rounded jar (tsubo), swelling generously from its narrow foot rim to its widest girth before drawing in to a wide, cleanly lipped mouth.
The entire exterior surface is adorned with a meticulously incised herringbone (arrow-feather, yabane) relief pattern executed beneath a luminous celadon (seiji) glaze. The glaze presents a cool, milky seafoam-turquoise tone, pooling subtly in the carved channels to create a gentle depth that shifts beautifully with the light. The interior and inner rim are covered with the same celadon glaze, showing pristine, uniform color throughout.
The base bears an engraved personal signature, confirming this is an individual artist's work rather than a factory piece, though the specific artist has not yet been identified. The exceptional quality of both the throwing and the surface decoration speaks to a highly accomplished hand.
