Ozlem Thompson - Dreamland - XXL

Özlem Thompson is a contemporary Turkish-born artist based in London, internationally recognised for her vibrant abstract works inspired by nature, consciousness, quantum physics, and metaphysical exploration. Originally from Istanbul, Thompson studied biology and botany before dedicating herself fully to painting, bringing a scientific sensitivity and organic rhythm into her expressive visual language. Working from her historic Belsize Park studio in London, once associated with Piet Mondrian and Ben Nicholson, she has exhibited internationally across Europe, North America, and the United Kingdom. Her works are held in private collections worldwide and have appeared in numerous international publications. Thompson has contributed to important public art and charity initiatives, including works created for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations and participation in London’s celebrated Big Egg Hunt art project. Her collectors include internationally recognised figures such as Brian May, Anita Dobson, Maria Friedman, and Andy Nyman.
