Thabur - Ceiling lamp - Glass, Bakelite - Vintage design lamp

Thabur glass ceiling lamp from the Netherlands, dated to the 1930s, functioning with a height of 18 cm and a diameter of 14 cm, globe-shaped, in beautiful nearly-new condition with wear only at the cord passage at the designated spot (see photo) and the slightly damaged edge of the socket (see photo and not visible when the lamp is in use). The lamp emits a characteristic green/yellowish light.
The Hague firm THABUR produced these lamps between 1920-1949.
This decorative ceiling- or wall-lamp combines a sleek dark brown Bakelite housing with an elegant globe in a soft green color. It has a standard E27 fitting.
