Limited edition sculpture Safeguard by Serena Grassetti, in resin with marble powder, signed by hand, Italy 2026, 15 × 10 × 22 cm, edition of 50, accompanied by certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Two hands gently cradle a small curled figure, a symbol of our vulnerability. The sculpture expresses the beauty of care and protection, showing how strength can embrace without suffocating.
My artistic research explores interiority and form through matter.
In the resin and marble dust sculptures, the shapes emerge with intensity, hand‑shaped to give presence and depth.
Each work is the result of a careful and sensitive gesture, transforming solid matter into tangible emotion, creating a dialogue between space, matter, and the observer.
The series develops along a coherent path with my painting, continuing to investigate introspection and the tension between matter and identity
.
Material: resin and marble dust
Edition LIMITED to 50 copies.

The artist develops a visual research that probes the threshold between the real and the interior, between the figure and its dissolution.
Through instinctive yet controlled painting and sculpture, her works tell the human being at the moment when one loses oneself, fragments, and transforms.
The painting matter, the unfinished marks, and the drips become emotional language: they do not represent, but evoke.
Each face, each trace, is a fragment of presence that resists oblivion.
Her style, recognizable for the tension between figuration and abstraction, sits within the panorama of Italian contemporary painting and sculpture, in dialogue with themes of identity, silence, and metamorphosis.
Her works convey an intimate and universal strength, capable of speaking directly to the viewer.
Serena Grassetti is a contemporary Italian artist. She lives and works in central Italy.
Her work stands out for a deep, personal research that blends natural materials, pure colors, and instinctive gestures.
Serena is described as sensitive, innovative, and emotionally powerful.
Through the use of natural pigments, earths, charcoal, and raw fabrics, she creates abstract and tactile works that speak of wounds, memory, and inner transformation.
Her style oscillates between painting and visual poetry, with recurring elements such as white drips, incomplete faces, and layered textures, making each work unique and recognizable.
She exhibits in solo and group shows, in Italy and abroad.
Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and arises as part of a sincere and intimate research path.
The work, realized with mixed techniques and natural pigments, holds the chromatic power of someone who has learned to turn the painting gesture into pure emotion, in a research that spans time and the market of contemporary art. Among the depths of color, one senses the same tension that made Francis Bacon’s brushwork iconic, the gestural energy of Jackson Pollock, and the introspection of Lucian Freud. A piece that fits into the landscape of modern collectible art, perfect for those seeking a work with strong emotional impact, able to dialogue with the visual energy of galleries in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong, where names like Basquiat, Rothko, and Gerhard Richter have left their mark.
A work destined for those who understand the value of art that goes beyond form, penetrating the heart of human expression, as Pablo Picasso, Gustav Klimt, and Egon Schiele have done over time. The dynamism of the brushstrokes and the depth of the mark make this canvas a perfect investment for collectors and lovers of fine art, always seeking unique pieces capable of placing themselves among the greats of Pop Art and conceptual art.
A unique piece for art collectors, perfect for galleries and investors seeking luxury art and works destined to increase in value over time.
In a world dominated by pop artists like Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Banksy, and Kaws, this work stands out for its use of completely natural coloration, which makes each piece unique and unrepeatable. An exclusive alternative for those seeking contemporary art with a distinctive and authentic signature.
The works have been presented in local, national, and international exhibition contexts, contributing to the definition of a coherent and distinctive visual language.
The works are part of private collections and international art galleries, with sales in cities such as Dubai, New York, Berlin, London, and Paris, capitals of the art market and art investment. Perfect for those seeking a unique and original work capable of combining tradition, innovation, and deep visual expressivity.
