Stunning vintage coffee grinder designed to be mounted on the wall. This piece combines retro aesthetics with rustic charm, ideal for authentic kitchen decor or for collectors of antique bistro items.
It consists of a varnished solid wood wall mount, a sturdy black cast-iron grinding mechanism operated by a wooden-handled crank, a top reservoir with a hinged lid for inserting the beans, and a beautiful lower receptacle (drawer/holder) in turned wood with a curved profile to collect the ground coffee.
Characteristics & Condition :
Materials: Solid wood (attractive varnished finish with nice grain), black-painted cast iron.
Mounting: Original holes at the back on the wooden plaque for easy wall installation.
Aesthetic condition: Very good overall used condition. The wood has a superb shiny patina. Some light signs of wear that give it authentic character (see photos).
Mechanical condition: The crank turns smoothly and drives the grinding mechanism.
