Description from the seller

This is a miniature four-panel folding screen (tabletop screen) of "Four Seasons Beauties (Painted Beauty Paintings)," a reproduction of a hand-painted beauty painting by Nishikawa Sukenobu, a ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period.

Each sheet measures 45cm x 23cm when unfolded
Each sheet measures 11.5cm x 23cm when folded

These traditional Japanese classical masterpieces are reproduced using Fukui Asahido's unique techniques. The subject matter—hand-painted portraits of beautiful women, portraits of beautiful women in calligraphy, irises, and red plum blossoms—is vividly printed on special paper. The surrounding border is made of luxurious gold brocade fabric with a satin pattern. The four corners of the screen are further enhanced with gold-colored metal fittings. Everything is finished by hand.

Although the colors are less vibrant than before, there is no damage or stains, and I think it is in relatively good condition.
