Official carrier tracking records — including shipment acceptance, customs processing, delivery attempts, refusal notices, and delivery confirmation — constitute conclusive evidence of shipment progress and delivery attempts. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch of the shipment.
