Original work created directly from the artist's studio, acrylic on canvas. Entirely handmade, signed on the back. Painted originally on a stretcher and later disassembled for shipping. Varnished to ensure its preservation.

Due to the size of the piece, to ensure proper transport, it is sent un-stretched, rolled up and protected in a box or tube. It must be mounted upon arrival on a stretcher appropriate to the piece's measurements (130 x 97 cm).

The artwork has a 2-centimeter border painted in black that is not part of the work. It also has an extra canvas margin of about 3.5 cm on each side.

Some images are edited and may give a misleading idea of the piece's dimensions. Size verification is recommended. Realistic interior and exterior renderings of the piece are included at the end. Some colors may vary slightly depending on the lighting of the photograph and the device used to view the work.

Paco Requena is a Spanish abstract painter who lives and paints in southern Spain. Trained as a psychologist, during his university studies he began to develop an interest in art and started his artistic training with his first abstract works. He has held solo and group exhibitions, and his works are available in galleries in his region.

In the artist's universe, color becomes language and geometry becomes emotion. His abstract works celebrate the harmony between structure and intuition, through compositions built with vibrant blocks, rhythmic patterns, and lines that dance between order and chaos.

Each piece is a visual mosaic, an exploration of textures and forms that invite the viewer to uncover personal narratives within what appears to be random.

The color palette, bold and contrasting, inspired by the colors of southern Spain, awakens the eye and transforms the everyday into art.

Inspired by the spirit of collage and the geometric abstraction of the 20th century, these works present themselves as emotional maps of the present: imperfect, fragmented, but full of intention. A visual experience that seeks not to represent, but to evoke.
