MassRey presents Bodegón para una Sonata XL, an original acrylic painting on canvas (100 x 75 cm plus 4 cm margin) from 2026, signed by hand, with a certificate of authenticity included, in excellent condition, cubist still life depicting guitar, bottle and table objects, sold directly by the artist and delivered rolled without a frame.
Description from the seller
“Bodegón para una Sonata” is a work where the language of cubism meets the musicality of color. The guitar, the bottle, the glass and the objects on the table unfold in fragmented planes, creating a composition that vibrates like a visual melody. Each form seems to respond to an internal rhythm, as if the scene were tuned to its own key.
The chromatic contrasts, the firm lines, and the superposition of perspectives build a dynamic space that invites you to explore it slowly, uncovering layers, transparencies, and tensions. The work blends the tradition of the still life with a contemporary reading in which music and geometry dialogue.
An ideal piece for collectors seeking modern cubism, visual impact, and a work with presence and character that can transform any space.

About the artist
I am a visual artist with more than 25 years of artistic career during which I have explored diverse techniques and supports, including drawing, photography, animation, and video installation. For me, painting is more than a means of expression: it is its own language, a path to convey emotions, concepts, and perspectives through color and form. Each of my works is unique and unrepeatable, born from an intuitive and authentic artistic process.
In my most recent work I’m exploring a vibrant and very personal painting, where I combine imagined landscapes, still lifes, and everyday scenes with a geometric and colorful language. I’m interested in playing with light, shapes, and perspectives to create images that move between the real and the symbolic. These works arise from the desire to build spaces that invite a calm look, to discover details, and to be carried by the energy of color.
My work has participated in exhibitions, biennials, and international fairs such as the Havana Biennale, the Curitiba Biennial, the Mercosur Biennale, the Asunción Biennial, the Berlin Art Biennale, and fairs such as ARCO, among others. It is also part of public and private collections such as the Paraná Institute of Art, the Havana Cultura Collection, and the Benetton Collection.
