Elegant circular solid silver trinket dish, Rocaille style, probably of Egyptian origin, from the 1960s

Elegant circular trinket dish in solid silver, its border adorned with a relief Rocaille motif, composed of scrolls and finely worked acanthus leaves. The central bowl, smooth and polished, exhibits a fine patina of age with wear consistent with the piece’s age.

The reverse bears three distinct hallmarks, characteristic of Egyptian production in the 1960s, confirming origin and material. The piece has also been acid-tested and reacts positively to sterling silver.
