Offered here is a distinctive pair of vintage Japanese Deba knives, traditional single-bevel knives developed for fish preparation and valued for their robust construction and precise cutting performance.
The larger knife bears the signature 「利研」 (Riken), while the smaller knife is signed 「濃州孫六作 古流」 (Nōshū Magoroku Saku Koryū).
