VINIFICATION Following intensive monitoring of ripeness by our winemaking team, a manual selection was made throughout the blend and subsequently carefully conditioned from the vineyard to the winery, where only the best bunches were chosen to be included in this batch. Fermentation occurs in small volumes, followed by completed malolactic fermentation, and it ages for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Aging in new 500-liter French oak barrels for 24 months. After this period, the wine was stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and subsequent aging for 36 months in the bottle. TASTING NOTES Black in colour, this wine resulted on an incomparable set with notes of ripe black fruit intertwined with balsamic and tobacco aromas.
