History of the car:
This car was built in the 1970s/1980s by mister Gérald Le Goff & mister Charles Fassier. Hence the name Charald.
In the 1990s, the car was fully rebuilt to preserve the central unit and to install an engine from a Renault 19 16-valve with a gearbox from a Renault 5 turbo.
Late 1998, it was sold to Belgium. There it received a new engine, a motorcycle engine Honda CBR 1100 XX.
The car was purely built for hillclimbing & uphill courses. Old nostalgia photos can be viewed here, as well as a nice nostalgia video on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hG6-qXenC00.
This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Lokeren, Belgium.
