Belgium - Fagnus & Clément - Guardian American Model D.A - Double action (DA) - Pinfire (Lefaucheux) - Revolver - 7mm Cal

Superb pinfire revolver, Guardian American Model in 7 mm calibre, 6 shots in chamber, manufactured in Liege at the end of the nineteenth century (Patent deposited Liège 12/1880). Originally designed and manufactured in double action (hammer without crest).

It works well mechanically with very clear percussion.

- marking around the cylinder: The Guardian American model of 1878
- serial number 54 on the barrel / body / cylinder / trigger / trigger guard.
- barrel/cylinder: Punch Y*
- Punch ELG 19th century
- extractor works well
- original plaques in good condition
- gate with play of only a mm but is perfectly functional
- trigger screw with play of only a mm (the trigger stays in low position) but is perfectly functional.

revolver in its patina, with marks, scratches and signs of wear, this gun is nearly 150 years old but is still in nice aesthetic and working condition.
