Suzuki - SC 100 GX Deluxe - 1981

In 1978 Suzuki transformed their domestic ‘Cervo’ model into the SC100, popular in the UK as “lavishly equipped” GX model. Whizzkid is the first kei car that escaped Japan so it’s design in order to comply with Japanese K regulations. At 3.2m long, only 4696 pieces were imported for the UK market only.

When compared to the Smart 2 it is still a half a meter longer, but 21cm lower, which makes for zero air resistance. The rear 4-cylinder engine is the same as the one in the Jeep SJ 410, which makes this 642 kilo heavy vehicle into a fast little devil.

This particular young lady is 39 years young sporting her metalicblack exterior with beige leather interior, both in impeccable conditions. It was extremely well kept, only driven twice a year for a regular check-up, which speaks to only 70.000 driven kilometers.

In 2018 it was completely refurbished, the body was repainted, the engine was completely restored, the seats got a new coat. Water pump was also changed along with all the belts, refurbished alternator and rusted starter, four new wheels and restored rims.

It has a valid FIVA certificate as an old-timer and it passed the EU verification of conformity-type approval test. Includes original instructions manual, evidence of general inspection, service history book, workshop book, maintenance bills. It passed the MOT on 24.08.2018
