Attr. Miguel Mateo Maldonado y Cabrera (San Miguel Tlalixtac, Oaxaca, February 27th,1695 - México, May 16th, 1768) was a “novo-hispanic” painter, characterized for being one of the greatest exponents of Baroque painting during the viceroyalty.
