Original gold guilder of the Polish king Władysław Jagiellończyk, Warneńczyk.

Władysław III Jagiellończyk (Warneńczyk, born in 1424 in Krakow) was King of Poland, King of Hungary and Supreme Prince of Lithuania : Encyclopaedia:ładysław_III_of_Poland

Władysław III Jagielończyk was the first-born son of the famous king of Poland, Władysław II Jagiełło, who defeated the Teutonic Order in 1410.

This is the first gold coin with the coat of arms of the Republic of Poland, i.e. the Polish Eagle. It is considered to be a Polish-Hungarian coin.

The NGC gave the coin the highest and the only grade in the world, i.e. MS 63.
