A big Bembe-Dondo figure I found in a private collection in Antwerp.

Quite unusual and striking expression with those hands crossed on the chest.

Light wood, one foot missing, some cracks.. Holes in the eyes, probably at some point it had glass in the eyes ( now missing)

Quite unusual since this figure was probably made to stay outdoors seen the gray mat patina.

H= 62 cm
