In the 1990s, the RCM issued a number of proof sets of 4 platinum coins. Including the Puma (1992), the Lynx (1995) and this Peregrine Falcon from 1996.
I only took the 300 dollar coin out of the coin holder and that's why this one looks nicer than the others. However, all coins are the same quality.
This set can be found in the standard work Standard Catalog of Modern Gold Coins 1801-present, page 100 KM PS 32.
