Pink Floyd ‎– The Final Cut


The front cover of The Final Cut shows several strips of fabric placed on a black background. These are British (and Commonwealth) military badges from World War II. The cover was created solely by Roger Waters, which makes it unique among Pink Floyd albums. Since the album A Saucerful of Secrets, the Hipgnosis design workshop under Storm Thorgerson has designed Pink Floyd LP covers. Thorgerson worked again on the cover design of later albums such as Pulse.

The Final Cut is the last studio album by Pink Floyd, where the album title is also the title of a song.
