Sancho IV of Castile (1284-1285) - cornado in billon (0.69 g, 19 mm). Minted at the Burgos mint.
Obverse:
SANCII REX around the bust of the king crowned to the left.
Reverse:
CASTELLE LEGIONIS around a castle with cross over central rod with mint marks with letter 'B' and star on the sides.
A very beautiful coin. In very fine condition. All details are clearly visible.
