Description
Regenton - Art Deco Radio - 1930/1940 - Tube radio
Good - Number of items: 1 - Including: Tube radio - Power cord

Large tube radio from the English brand Regenton. Made around 1935/1940. Beautiful sleek Art Deco style wooden cabinet with thin light coloured inlays. Rectangular glass plate with station prints (are worn) with large rotating indicator to search for stations (Bakelite dial on the right). Original cloth for the speaker. Dial on the left for switching the radio on and off. Dial in the middle for switching MW/LW. After warming up the radio tubes, you hear stations here and there, but that has been tested without an antenna. When turning, ‘noise’ is audible. Old pre-war radio that still works and still looks pretty good. Dimensions: 53 cm wide, 24 cm long and 29 cm high.

Will be sent by registered mail.
