The second by Jean Anthelme and Brillat-Savarin, "Physiologie du goût" was published in 1868 by Jean de Bonnot. It contains many illustrations by Bertall. The paper of this work was made in Saint-Marcel lès Annonay on the round shape of the mill of Montgolfier, specialist in paper for aerostats since 1783. 21 x 14 cm. 460 pages.
