Generous from the Roberto Amillo collection with a production of only 386 bottles that comes from a Jerez family whose winery dates back to 1829. It was discovered in a tasting of the private collection of this family, which after the closure of its winery in 1950, inherited boots that were already old then. Hence, there is no detailed date of its origins, although it is known that it is more than 100 years old. A wine with Oloroso character but with exceptional finesse that has obtained the highest score in the Peñín 2020 Guide for a Palo Cortado.
